Delicious smoothies loaded with protein. They also have tasty ice teas, ask for them. And the service was great! It is located inside the gym. 💪🏼 …

My Son and I were very impressed by the ingredients and having such a wide variety of vitamins and minerals Plus tasting very good and having the needed protein after a workout. Not sure how they perfected it but they nailed it. 100 % approved and recommend it to everyone that is serious about their health and working out.

Google maps will bring u to the correct building, tho there wasn't any sign for this Dumbbell Bar spot outside -- there was a sign above one of the doors that says "gym" with an arrow pointing inside ... go thru that door and further into the gym and you'll find it ... Oscar, who runs the bar, has a super kind and chill vibe. Well-chosen ingredients and holistic health recipes. I sensed that he really cares about health and well-being, both physical and mental - he writes messages on the sides of the cups. He wrote one about gratitude for the people in our lives on my cup, and about progress and hard work on my partner's. Of the health-minded smoothies I've tried in Miami on my trip (4 total), the Banana Ocean (w chia seeds on top!) made here INSPIRED me and I found it to be the most filling/delicious!!!

Wow, what a blast of deliciousness and energy! 💥 Our latest visit to Dumbbell Bar was simply amazing! The smoothie was packed with all the right vitamins, protein, and low on calories and sugar! 💪 But the real star of the show was Oscar, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable! Not only were they knowledgeable about the menu, but their humor and positivity made the whole experience so much fun! 😆 If you're looking for a healthy boost in your day, this is the place to be. Trust us, you won't regret it!

Spectacular gym bar! Great service, delicious and healthy protein shakes! Never liked tea before, and tried one of there mega teas and it was amazing. Definitely should try out their products

Amaazing proteins shake, The whole experience from start to finish is great is always so friendly and kind. The shakes can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great protein shakes.
